Pearl has experienced significant growth in economic development and housing in 2022 and early 2023. Our Community Development Department keeps a comprehensive database for all permits issued for new construction, renovations and inspections. We’ve seen 137 new homes built, 32 new businesses, 13 major commercial renovations, seven new commercial buildings and 108 commercial property improvements. The future is bright here in Pearl!
