Mayor Jake Windham and the Board of Aldermen proclaim the month of March as Youth Art Month. The Mayor was joined by a very talented group of young artists and teachers from Pearl Public Schools on Wednesday to present the official proclamation.
Make plans to stop by the Pearl Public Library during the month to view an exhibition of some wonderful art pieces created at the schools.
